1Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ad345 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ad345 website located at https://ad345.io and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and any other gaming or wagering products made available through the Platform.

3Account Security and Responsibility

4.5 Taxes. You are solely responsible for any taxes, levies, or duties applicable to your winnings or transactions under the laws of Bangladesh. ad345 does not deduct or remit any taxes on your behalf.

5Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.5 Expiry. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and free bets expire 30 days from the date of issue if the applicable wagering requirement has not been met. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account balance.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on ad345 are governed by the applicable sport-specific betting rules published in the Help section of the Platform. In the event of any ambiguity, the decision of ad345's trading team shall be final and binding.

6.2 Cricket Markets. For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and all other cricket markets, bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). Matches that are abandoned, delayed beyond 48 hours, or subject to a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern revision will be settled in accordance with the rules specified for each market type.

6.3 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) bets are accepted up to the moment the relevant market is suspended. ad345 reserves the right to void any in-play bet where it can be demonstrated that the bet was placed after the outcome of the relevant event or phase of play was already determined, including in cases of technology latency or connectivity delays.
